Beautiful room decor really impressed me. I loved the unique cave design of my Grand Cave Room, featuring a private jacuzzi and an incredible view. The breakfast offered local delicacies and was served with a personal touch, setting a lovely start to the day. The location is breathtaking, especially with stunning views of hot air balloons. I faced issues with the internet connectivity in my room, which was frequently down. The reception staff could have been more helpful regarding my concerns. Despite that, my stay provided a memorable experience with its charming atmosphere and special amenities, making it a place I'd recommend.

Had a blast with friends! The cave hotel vibe was so cool, and waking up to the beautiful breakfast on the terrace was unreal. We explored the fairy chimneys and the open-air museum, making great memories. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
